New toll-free telephone number for reaching technical support.

We have added a new toll-free telephone number for reaching our technical support department. This number is a direct line that no longer requires an extension to reach a support technician. We will be including this new telephone number on all product documentation both in print and on the web.

Please update your Rolodex with this new number: 1-877-336-7797

This is one of the many steps we are taking to improve customer service.
