Scheduled Server Maintenance

August 19th, 2010

This is a friendly notice to inform you that we will be performing scheduled maintenance to our primary server this Friday, August 20th at approximately 7:30pm EST. During this time, access to our website may be interrupted until our backup servers come on-line and start handling traffic while the primary server is taken off-line for maintenance. The transfer to our backup servers may take up to a maximum of 5 minutes to take effect.

Our domains, websites and email services will continue to function normally during this time. This maintenance will only affect any new user accounts that have been created within 30 minutes prior to the scheduled maintenance time.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we'll make every effort to ensure the down-time is kept to a minimum.

Thank you for your support
