We only service, support and honour warranty on purchases from a Direct Authorized Distributor. Any issues or questions regarding a purchase made from an unauthorized sale must be made directly with the seller. This includes all unauthorized resellers and on-line sales.

Warranty & Return Policy Limitations.

Due to the technical nature of this product, it must be installed by a qualified technician who has thorough knowledge and experience with automotive electronics. Fortin is not responsible for any damages to the vehicle or the product from installation that is not performed by a qualified technician.
