Overview

2-way Data-Link Tester

The TEST-LINK is a installation tool to verify 2-way data-link communication between the remote-starter and one of our modules. It allows the installer to verify 7 different input commands (Foot Brake, Tach, Overrev, Hood, Door, Trunk, Hand Brake) and the button triggers a LOCK output. Available in limited volume.

Traditionally an installer would use a test-light to verify analog communication between the remote-starter and another after-market device. With the implementation of our digital 2-way RS-232 communication (2-way data-link), a test-light can no longer be used to troubleshoot problems. The TEST-LINK will allow the installer to troubleshoot the input/output communication to/from a 2-way data-link remote-starter and one of our modules.
