Security light remains lit. (GM Minivans PK3)

Symptom

When the vehicles PK3 (Passkey III) passive anti-theft system light remains lit on the vehicles cluster indefinately after the remote starter starts the vehicle.

Cause

The bypass kit is unable to tell when the vehicles ignition is powered up on these vehicles.

Solution

Connect the bypass kits ignition input (yellow) to the vehicles ignition wire (pink).
